Litigation Attorney

Duties

• Participation in drafting of Case Management Orders
• Attending court appearances
• Organizing and analyzing case information
• Providing reports to carriers
• Proposing and responding to written discovery
• Law and motion drafting
• Meeting and coordinating with clients and experts
• Attending site inspections
• Taking and defending depositions
• Preparing for all phases of trial

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in insurance defense litigation
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills
• Experience working in a team setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay

The salary range in California for this role is $100,000 - $190,000 (DOE).
