FOH Team Member

About the role

As a Front of House Team Member at Ladybird Taco, you're the face of our establishment. You'll craft genuine, personal experiences for every guest, greeting them warmly, guiding their experience, operating the POS with accuracy and efficiency, running food and drinks, and delivering delicious food with heart.

Responsibilities

• Care for every guest and teammate in your shop
• Greet guests with warmth and guide their experience
• Operate the POS with accuracy and efficiency
• Run food and drinks while delivering courageous hospitality
• Keep the front line, lobby, patio, and bathrooms clean and stocked
• Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and dietary details
• Follow all food safety and handling standards
• Help open, maintain, and close the front of house area

Requirements

• Friendly, humble, and hungry to learn

• Adaptable and quick to learn new systems
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• Reliable and accountable in upholding high standards
• Able to obtain a food handler’s permit

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is great — but not required
