About the role

Join our dynamic team as a FOH Team member in Harvey. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to lead our front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions and ensure a positive dining experience
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow
• Train and supervise team members to enhance overall performance
• Adhere to health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those working in remote locations)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of POS systems (optional but beneficial)

Pay
