Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the bar and service areas, including product control, quality assurance, and guest engagement.
- Assist in organizing and supervising shifts to maintain smooth service flow.
- Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and training to team members.
- Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring prompt, professional, and friendly service.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively between guests, staff, supervisors, and management.
- Identify and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory and assist with product control as needed.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with sanitation and safety procedures.
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
