FOH Supervisor
About the Role
The FOH Supervisor drives customer service, employee engagement, safety programs, signage, and provides micro kitchen supervision. They are responsible for satisfying client and customer needs by delivering high-quality, cost-effective food service operations. The FOH Supervisor also leads corporate employee training and development programs as directed by the Food Service Manager or General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support of all front-of-house and micro kitchen activities
- Tasks assigned by the Food Service Manager or General Manager
- Compliance with all SERV Safe and HACCP programs and standards
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Addressing customer service needs and resolving complaints
- Demonstrating accountability and self-awareness
- Leading teams to be customer-focused and solutions-oriented
- Maintaining service standards and client performance expectations (CPEs)
- Maintaining product inventory to established levels
- Staff scheduling, hiring, and training of new employees
- Collaborating with the General Manager and Executive Chef on team programming and safety
Requirements
- Experience in food systems with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Ability to work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
- Must adhere to dress code and work under pressure during peak periods

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $24.00 per hour - $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.
Schedule
Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.
