FOH Manager (Service/Bar Manager)

About the role

The Service/Bar Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through leadership, team development, and effective communication with the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team members and guests to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and front door to ensure steps of service are executed and guests are well cared for
• Oversee learning and development of hourly team members
• Organize scheduling for front-of-house staff
• Interview and hire front-of-house team members to meet staffing goals
• Manage bar inventory and ordering
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer in collaboration with the team
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant experience
• Warm, passionate, and committed to the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Self-motivated, dependable, and self-disciplined
• Maintains a professional appearance

Pay

USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 per year
