FOH Manager (Service/Bar Manager)

With limited supervision, the Service/Bar Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, including appearance, guest experience, team leadership, scheduling, and communication with the General Manager. This role ensures extraordinary hospitality by executing quality and value in service, food, and guest relations, while actively engaging in the dining room.

Responsibilities

• Engages with team members and guests to ensure exceptional service
• Maintains a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and front door to oversee steps of service
• Oversees learning and development of hourly team members
• Organizes scheduling for front-of-house staff
• Interviews and hires front-of-house team members to meet staffing goals
• Manages bar inventory and ordering
• Conducts bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer in collaboration with the team
• Partners with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant experience
• Warm, passionate, and committed to the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Self-motivated, dependable, and self-disciplined
• Maintains a professional appearance
