FMS Technician

ColonialWebb is seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Facility HVAC Service Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, as well as, perform general maintenance repairs as needed for our customer’s facility. Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Perform general maintenance repairs as needed for customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Commercial Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Journeyman HVAC license (preferred, not required).
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems and related controls.
• Experience with BAS, Hydronics and Refrigeration (preferred).
• EPA certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
