We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: description of role, location, hybrid, etc. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. - Requirements / Qualifications: basic qualifications. - Skills / What Will Put You Ahead: preferred qualifications. - Benefits: description of benefits. - Pay: not provided (no specific salary). So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: maybe mention hybrid 2-3 days in office, travel up to 30%. That could be schedule? The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It mentions hybrid position with 2-3 days in office, travel up to 30%. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. - Also maybe "About the company" could be part of About the role? The posting includes "Our Team" description. Could be part of About the role or separate "About the company". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put that under About the role or maybe a separate "About the company" not allowed. So incorporate into About the role. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunities, Visa sponsorship note? The visa note is substantive: "This position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship." That's a requirement? Could be included under Requirements or maybe a note. We'll include it under Requirements (maybe as a bullet). Also note about compensation range estimate: that's not specific pay, so we skip Pay. We must not include application instructions, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: details about role, responsibilities, qualifications, preferred qualifications, benefits, schedule/hybrid/travel, visa note, etc. Let's extract. Let's decide sections: - About the role (includes location, hybrid, team description, role purpose) - Responsibilities (What You Will Do) - Requirements (Basic Qualifications) - Preferred Qualifications (What Will Put You Ahead) maybe as Skills or Qualifications. Use heading "Skills" or "Qualifications". The instruction list includes Skills, Qualifications. We'll put basic qualifications under "Requirements" and preferred under "Skills". - Benefits - Schedule (hybrid 2-3 days in office, travel up to 30%) We must not include Pay. Now craft HTML. We need

for each section heading. Inside sections, use

for prose,

  • for lists. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent. Let's draft. About the role: combine paragraphs. Prose: "Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, is seeking a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Strategic Marketing Senior Manager at our Hudson, WI site to join the Global Strategic Marketing team. We could also include team description: "From discovery to delivery, the world’s leading medtech, pharmaceutical and in vitro diagnostic companies trust Phillips Medisize to help them design and commercialize lifesaving and enhancing technologies and therapy solutions. That's substantive; include. Now Responsibilities: list bullet points from "What You Will Do". Let's extract each sentence separated by periods. - Manage the development and support implementation of the annual development and implementation of the five-year strategic plan for Regulated Consumer Products (RCP) in collaboration with RCP business unit leaders, Sales leadership and Marketing colleagues. - Partner with business unit, Marketing and Sales leaders to develop and execute strategic programs, account-specific messaging and sales enablement tools that communicate Phillips Medisize’s differentiated value for priority accounts and growth markets. - Develop and maintain RCP market insights by using primary and secondary research to assess market dynamics, customer needs and competitive activity; synthesize findings into actionable insights for strategic and commercial decisions. - Partner with the business unit leader and sales leadership to support account planning, represent BU priorities and translate market needs into actionable commercial and marketing initiatives. - Develop value and maintain value propositions for the FMCG markets the RCP BU serves. - Create and maintain buyer personas and customer journeys to guide integrated marketing campaigns. - Lead the development, execution and measurement of integrated marketing communications plans and sales enablement tools, including messaging, content development and deployment across relevant digital channels. - Dotted line report to the IMC Director to ensure all downstream marketing programs and tools align with brand priorities. - Based on performance and opportunity, may in the future contribute to M&A assessments in collaboration with BU leadership, subject matter experts and Molex Corporate Development team. - Travel up to 30% for internal meetings and industry tradeshows. Note: Travel up to 30% could also be schedule but we already have schedule section; we could keep travel in responsibilities or schedule. Since schedule section includes hybrid and travel, we could move travel there. But responsibilities also include travel; we can keep it there or move. To avoid duplication, maybe keep travel in schedule section only. However responsibilities
