About the role

Guidehouse supports CFO Offices with strategic advisory services to advance their objectives, including guidance on financial management (FM) activities to achieve, improve, and sustain accountability for CFO priorities. You will work with a team to develop and implement strategies for improving processes related to budget formulation, execution, and accountability. This includes addressing vulnerabilities in outdated systems and processes, as well as those inherent in public budgetary and financial management requirements.

  • Identify risks in the financial enterprise
  • Review financial policies and propose solutions to address concerns
  • Report on trends in related systems technologies
  • Provide strategic and implementation support, guidance, and expertise from private industry and federal government best practices
  • Drive and define how to best achieve mission requirements

Requirements

  • Active and maintained TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
  • Two (2)+ years of experience with change management, facilitation, business process improvement, or related business disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working with and collaborating across multiple functional stakeholders
  • Business-related certifications

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00–$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and business or organizational needs.
