About the role

Provides consulting to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives. Leads discussion groups and process implementation efforts. Quantifies performance measurements. Gathers data and works with technical subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Provides consulting to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of IT experience in development, testing, or operations.
• At least 2 years experience in process improvement, six-sigma, CMM, CMMI, ISO 900/1 or related process improvement methods.
• A four year degree.
• An additional 4 years of experience can be substituted for this degree.
