Fluency Solution Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned healthcare organizations and update customer dashboards.
• Partner with clients to discover workflows, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimization for Solventum product lines.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective team and solutions.
• Conduct current-state workflow and configuration reviews with clients, implementing Solventum best practices.
• Ensure client adoption of the latest best practice features.
• Grow the number of physicians utilizing tools and drive success and optimal documentation and coding outcomes.
• Engage in feedback sessions to refine and improve content and workflows.
• Coordinate all activities with the CSE if assigned.
• Understand and communicate client's short- and long-term strategy goals.
• Advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be seen as a knowledgeable representative.
• Secure references and ensure client retention.
• Own the client, establish meeting agendas, lead meetings, and coordinate follow-up.
• Drive customer participation in KLAS surveys, achieving NPS and OSAT scores above average.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Aid in ensuring clients leverage all available analytics and reporting tools.
• Secure baseline data for clients and deliver ROI reports on a scheduled basis.
• Stay updated on industry changes and product developments.
• Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives.
• Comply with professional and quality standards, corporate policies, and Solventum’s values and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND at least 7 years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, RN, or clinical specialties in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND at least 11 years of Fluency Solution Advisor or comparable role experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle, workflow associated with an organization's Revenue Cycle both in the Professional and Facility Coding space.
• Audit experience a plus.
• Experience consulting with clients on health information systems, EMR workflows, reporting, implementation, and medical professional coding.
• Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy and handle multiple project streams and teams.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and computer skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, RN, or clinical specialties in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• At least 11 years of Fluency Solution Advisor or comparable role experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle, workflow associated with an organization's Revenue Cycle both in the Professional and Facility Coding space.
• Audit experience a plus.
• Experience consulting with clients on health information systems, EMR workflows, reporting, implementation, and medical professional coding.
• Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy and handle multiple project streams and teams.

Skills

Benefits

Onboarding Requirement: New employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
