Fluency Solution Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned healthcare organizations and update customer dashboards
• Partner with clients for workflow discovery and optimization of Solventum products
• Conduct workflow and configuration reviews with clients using Solventum practices
• Advocate for clients, logging issues and escalating as necessary
• Drive client success for retention and identify sales opportunities
• Lead client meetings, establish agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are taken
• Track and report on client participation in KLAS assessments to achieve high satisfaction scores

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and at least 7 years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 11 years of relevant experience
• Certification as RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, or RN preferred
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle and associated workflows in coding
• Prioritized experience consulting with clients on health information systems and EMR workflows
• Ability to handle multiple project streams and solve difficult issues diplomatically
