Flow Coordinator - Weekend Option

Role: Emergency Department (ED) Patient Flow Coordinator responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of patients through the ED. Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care activities, serve as a liaison with medical staff, delegate workload, and promote teamwork, leadership, and professionalism within the ED. Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)Minimum 1 year of RN experience in the EDExperience in leading or participating in quality and process improvement projectsLicensure: RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure (required)Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS (required); CEN (preferred) Skills: Strong leadership, teamwork, professionalism, and knowledge of emergency care protocols.
