Florida - Accounting and Finance Professionals – Senior Associates, Associate Managers & Managers

About the role

We are seeking experienced accounting and finance professionals to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a background in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor. A CPA or progress towards one is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have experience in both external auditing and corporate accounting or finance at a large public corporation.

Responsibilities

• Tackle unique, challenging, and one-of-a-kind projects for major corporations.
• Participate in IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and carve-outs.
• Contribute to the growth of the local office and the Firm overall.
• Engage in business development and recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience as an external auditor from a large CPA firm.
• At least 2 years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior auditor.
• CPA or progress towards one.
• Experience in both external auditing and corporate accounting or finance at a large public corporation.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in GAAP and FASB rules and standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
