Floral Operations Assistant

Primary Duties

• Sales Specialist: Craft enchanting narratives to sell flowers, potted plants, and gift items.
• Order Maestro: Print, organize, and update daily orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Operations Whiz: Process flowers, maintain cleanliness, and support overall store operations.
• Creative Collaborator: Enhance the team atmosphere with a positive, can-do attitude.

Additional Duties

• Floreatial Curator: Select and arrange flowers, collaborate with designers, and assist with event arrangements.
• Green Thumb Enthusiast: Care for and maintain our plant collection.
• Mercantilist Artist: Design and refresh the store layout to align with seasonal themes and holidays.
• Logistics Helper: Load coolers and delivery vehicles, and occasionally perform deliveries or supplier pickups.

Schedule & Flexibility

This part-time role offers a guaranteed 25 hours per week, with availability required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and occasional Saturdays. Additional hours may be available during busy seasons.

Additional Information

Retail floristry is physically demanding. Wear supportive, closed-toe shoes and be prepared to lift up to 40 pounds. Essential tools are provided, but personal tools are welcome.
