Responsibilities
- Reviewing and tracking shipboard incidents.
- Organizing, logging, and processing invoices.
- Handling sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
- Composing professional letters and emails.
- Communicating with providers and shipboard personnel.
- Flexibility to adapt to multiple projects with the ability to multi-task.
- Heavy data entry.

- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Exceptionally strong multi-tasking skills.
- Very strong writing and verbal skills.
