Responsibilities

• Install LVP flooring for residential and commercial jobs.
• Work as a minimum 2‑member crew with your own truck or van.
• Ensure high‑quality installations that meet Refloor’s standards.
• Follow scheduled jobs provided weekly by Refloor’s office.

Requirements

• Minimum 2‑member crew.
• Own a truck or van.
• At least 2 years of LVP flooring experience.
• Available Monday‑Friday, with Saturday preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay

$3,000‑$6,000 per week average ($156,000‑$312,000 per year).
