Role Overview
We are seeking skilled LVP Flooring Installers who take pride in their work, want to grow their business, and increase earnings. Installers work exclusively with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring—no carpet—delivering high‑quality installations for our customers.
Pay
Average earnings range from $3,000‑$6,000 per week ($156,000‑$312,000 per year), with weekly pay and no holdbacks.
Schedule
Guaranteed 5‑to‑6‑day work schedule. Primary work days are Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability preferred.

Requirements
- Minimum two‑member crew
- Own a truck or van
- At least two years of LVP flooring installation experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Monday‑to‑Friday availability; Saturday availability preferred
