Responsibilities

• Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring for residential and commercial projects
• Coordinate with Refloor’s office to receive scheduled jobs and material orders
• Stage and load out materials efficiently for each job
• Maintain high‑quality workmanship to uphold the company’s lifetime guarantee
• Work collaboratively within a 2‑member crew

Requirements

• Minimum two‑member crew
• Own a truck or van
• At least two years of LVP flooring installation experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability Monday‑Friday; Saturday availability preferred

Pay

Average earnings $3,000‑$6,000 per week ($156,000‑$312,000 per year).

Schedule

Guaranteed 5‑to‑6‑day work week, Monday through Friday with optional Saturday availability.
