Responsibilities

• Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring exclusively – no carpet work.
• Take pride in delivering high‑quality installations that meet Refloor’s standards.
• Work with a minimum 2‑member crew and use your own truck or van.
• Collaborate with Refloor’s support team, which handles scheduling, material ordering, and pickup/staging for fast load‑outs.
• Focus solely on installation; all jobs are pre‑sold, so no selling is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2‑member crew.
• Own truck or van.
• At least 2 years of LVP flooring experience.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, with Saturday preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
