Floor Technician Supervisor

Job Summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Floor Care Supervisor to lead their specialty services team. The role requires experience with floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise specialty services crews on nightly assignments
• Perform and oversee floor care services including: stripping and waxing, buffing and burnishing, carpet cleaning and extraction, and deep floor restoration projects
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and mentor team members on equipment and best practices
• Maintain floor care equipment and supplies
• Ensure all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines are followed
• Communicate professionally with clients and address concerns when needed
• Work side-by-side with your team to complete projects successfully

Requirements

• Professional floor care experience
• Experience operating floor care equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable work ethic

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor, lead, or crew leader experience preferred
• Knowledge of floor finishing, restoration, and carpet care techniques preferred
• Experience training and developing team members preferred

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per Hour
