Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in commercial and residential settings. Duties include cleaning floors, restocking supplies, and supervising other floor technicians.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors using various cleaning solutions and equipment
• Restocking cleaning supplies and restocking restrooms
• Scheduling and supervising other floor technicians
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning or maintenance
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical stamina
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
