About the role
Provides floor cleaning and maintenance services promoting a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for residents, staff, and the public.
Responsibilities

- Creates a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Works collaboratively toward the common goal of excellent resident care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge in electrical, heating, and cooling helpful.
Skills
- Physical abilities: stamina, strength, and endurance to perform maintenance services.
- Supportive presence and teamwork.
