About the role
Run the kitchen for a cafe servicing the 50,000+ students of UNSW!
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the CANTEEN kitchen through the preparation and cooking of food.
- Support the management of the CANTEEN as a Chef de Partie.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid NSW driver’s license.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate.
