Our next full-time Floor Supervisor will provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Work tactically to service patients with care and efficiency while serving as a Leader on Duty (LOD).
• Open the store and prep staff for the first few customers.
• Train new employees on the POS system and Ecommerce platform.
• Assist patients with difficult questions around product usage.
• Maintain strong situational awareness and EQ while working within a diverse team.

Requirements

• Meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience (preferred).
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Flexibility regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift, or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time.
• Able to handle cash or card transactions with patients using an electronic processing system.

Schedule

On-site position at the Parkville, MD dispensary. Hours of operation are 9am‑9pm, 7 days per week; role requires availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays.
