Floor Manager

Your local Bi-Mart is seeking a Floor Manager to join the management team. We've been serving Northwest families for over 70 years, offering real values and supporting charitable organizations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for business and complete closing tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
• Coach employees and manage their performance
• Handle customer issues and resolve them promptly
• Manage employee schedules to ensure proper staffing
• Work collaboratively with other store managers

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional)
• One to two years of supervisory experience
• One to three years of retail experience
• Experience in roles such as department manager, key holder, shift lead, or similar positions

Schedule

Bi-Mart stores operate from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Sunday. Hours may vary based on workload and assignment.
