About the role

The Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store display of products, ensuring they are arranged attractively and effectively showcasing merchandise. This position also involves assisting customers, handling returns, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the in-store product displays to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
• Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations based on their needs.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
