Floor Lead

About the role

As a Floor Lead at STIIIZY, you will maintain standard operating procedures at our retail store. You will be an inspiring team member and leader, ensuring productivity and quality performance to achieve our long-term company vision in the world's largest cannabis market, spanning the entire state of California.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for excellent customer service by guiding staff on product knowledge, customer focus, and personalized service.
• Ensure smooth and seamless store operations.
• Collaborate with inventory control to maintain accurate product counts, proper labeling, and organized product displays.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
• Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive product displays that enhance the customer experience.
• Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards for a safe and comfortable environment.
• Assist in store opening and closing protocols.
• Monitor store energy to ensure front-line employees maintain an upbeat and cheerful atmosphere, leaving customers 100% satisfied.
• Administer and document employee breaks at appropriate times.
• Serve as the liaison between receptionists/sales associates and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Full-time availability.
• Open availability preferred (must be able to work 2 weekend days, Friday–Sunday).
• 2 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.

Schedule

Open availability is highly preferred; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$22.50/hour for this full-time role.
