Floor Lead

Our STIIIZY product line is one of the best-selling cannabis brands in California and the best-selling vape brand across all BDSA-tracked markets. As a Floor Lead, you will maintain standard operating procedures at our retail store, ensuring productivity and quality performance to achieve our long-term company vision. This role is key to fostering a healthy team culture and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote a healthy team culture where employees feel empowered to work autonomously while striving toward common goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to grow personally and professionally.
• Build an exceptional team that upholds and delivers our mission, vision, and goals.
• Set the standard for excellent customer service by guiding staff on product knowledge and personalized service.
• Ensure smooth and seamless store operations.
• Collaborate with inventory control to maintain accurate product counts, proper labeling, and organized product displays.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
• Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive product displays that enhance the customer experience.
• Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards for a safe and comfortable environment.
• Assist in store opening and closing protocols.
• Monitor store energy to ensure a welcoming, upbeat, and cheerful atmosphere where customers leave satisfied.
• Administer and document employee breaks at appropriate times.
• Serve as the liaison between receptionists/sales associates and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Full-time availability.
• Open availability preferred (must be able to work 2 weekend days, Friday–Sunday).
• 2 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.

Schedule

Open availability is highly preferred; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$23.50/hour for this full-time role.
