About the Role

The Floor Lead is responsible for maintaining standard operating procedures at our retail store. This role involves inspiring and leading team members to ensure productivity and quality performance, aligning with our long-term company vision.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote a healthy team culture where employees feel empowered to work autonomously while striving toward common goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to grow personally and professionally.
• Build an exceptional team that upholds and delivers our mission, vision, and goals.
• Set the standard for excellent customer service by guiding staff on product knowledge and personalized service.
• Ensure smooth and seamless store operations.
• Collaborate with inventory control to maintain accurate product counts, proper labeling, and organized product displays.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
• Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues professionally.
• Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive product displays.
• Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards for a safe environment.
• Assist in store opening and closing protocols.
• Monitor store energy to ensure a welcoming, upbeat, and cheerful atmosphere.
• Administer and document employee breaks at appropriate times.
• Serve as the liaison between receptionists/sales associates and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Full-time availability.
• Open availability preferred (must be able to work 2 weekend days, Friday-Sunday).
• 2 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.

Schedule

Open availability is highly preferred; must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$22.50 USD per hour.
