Role and Responsibilities

• Helps all employees and customers to navigate the wide variety of compliance procedures, cash and debit sale transactions, and employee management.
• Builds exceptional relationships with all employees and customers.
• Speaks confidently about the store’s inventory to employees and customers.
• Works as part of a team, available to work across the retail schedule including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintains CRA (Cannabis Regulatory Agency) compliance by following state and federal rules and regulations.
• Is Metrc trained.
• Has experience in cash handling.
• Adapts to each employee’s and customer’s needs to provide a trusted transaction.
• Ensures exceptional customer service.
• Communicates effectively and has excellent interpersonal skills.
• Performs routine daily tasks with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Keeps a steady flow of traffic for curbside, online orders, and walk-in customers.
• Maintains cleanliness throughout the building by completing a daily cleaning checklist.
• Radiates positive energy and builds strong connections with people.
• Understands all positions to ensure employees are following guidelines and daily tasks.
• Reports all daily issues and changes to upper management for appropriate action.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age (State Requirement).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service standards.
