About the Role

Location: Orlando, FL

Schedule: Monday through Friday and weekends

The Floor Supervisor will lead and support floor cleaning operations, ensuring quality, safety, and service standards are consistently met. This position requires commercial cleaning experience, knowledge of floor care equipment, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor care activities
• Perform quality inspections and ensure work meets company standards
• Train and support team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices
• Ensure proper use and basic maintenance of floor care equipment
• Coordinate carpet cleaning, floor care, and assigned cleaning projects
• Oversee sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, stripping, waxing, and floor polishing
• Coordinate furniture movement and replacement as needed to complete assigned tasks
• Identify quality issues and communicate solutions with operations management
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment

Requirements

• Commercial cleaning experience
• Knowledge of floor care equipment
• Ability to lead a team
• Experience operating:
  • Side-by-side machine
  • Stripping/Waxing machine
  • Buffer/Scrubber machine
  • Carpet cleaning machine
