This is not a janitorial cleaning position.

Cleaning Services

We are looking for a technician who can master the following services:

• Carpet & Upholstery cleaning
• Floor cleaning and refinishing
• Tile & Grout cleaning
• Post-Construction cleaning
• Window cleaning

Responsibilities

• Represent the Company professionally through attitude, appearance, and communication with customers.
• Perform cleaning services to an excellent standard, aiming to do it right the first time.
• Be punctual, reliable, and manage time efficiently for productivity and organization.
• Collaborate actively with the ServiceMaster team.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Physically fit, able to lift 60 lbs comfortably, and work a full day.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check for security clearance.
