Floating Store Manager

About the role

We're hiring a Floating Store Manager to support Store Management across multiple locations. This is a developmental role with bonus potential and a clear path for growth.

You will float 3 days a week to cover stores during manager PTO, off days, or as needed, running each location like it’s your own—driving sales, leading the team, and delivering results. For 2 days a week, you will serve as Assistant Manager at your home store, supporting operations and team development.

Responsibilities

• Motivate teams, maintain high standards, and ensure consistent customer service across all stores.
• Drive sales by building estimates, communicating repair recommendations, and executing sales plans to meet goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations to keep stores running smoothly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional environments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive service or retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
• Comfortable traveling between locations; reliable transportation.
• Passion for the automotive industry and delivering top-tier service.
