Floating Store Manager

About the Role

A developmental leadership position that supports multiple Meineke locations. You’ll float three days a week to cover stores during manager absences, then serve as Assistant Manager in a home store two days a week. Bonus potential and clear growth path.

Responsibilities

• Run each assigned store like your own—drive sales, lead the team, and deliver results.
• Serve as Assistant Manager in the home store, supporting daily operations and team development.
• Motivate teams, maintain high service standards, and ensure consistent customer experience across all locations.
• Build repair estimates, communicate recommendations, and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations; keep environments clean, safe, and professional.
• Travel between locations as needed; other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive service or retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
• Comfortable traveling between locations; reliable transportation.
• Passion for the automotive industry and delivering top-tier service.
