Floating Physical Therapist

About the role

SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Floating Physical Therapist to work between multiple locations in the Ocean County, NJ and Monmouth County, NJ areas. This position offers tremendous growth opportunity for the right individual, including potential for advancement into a single-site Clinic Director or Staff PT role, or even a regional leadership role as the company continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to maintain collaborative care with other therapists.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify clinic challenges and set goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss company initiatives and improve clinical excellence and patient care.

Requirements

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
• New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome!
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
