Float Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions for diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, neurologic, medical-surgical, and post-acute cases.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient progress.
• Adapt quickly to changing caseloads and different clinical settings to provide seamless care.
