Floating Leasing Consultant
About the role
The Floating Leasing Consultant at Bell Partners is responsible for primary marketing responsibilities, interacting with prospective residents, handling day-to-day issues with current residents, and coordinating lease renewals. This position involves traveling between and performing work at multiple properties within a designated market or region.
Responsibilities
- Lease apartments and sell properties products and services in accordance with budget guidelines
- Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of property, and that of major competition, and conduct outside marketing activities
- Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications
- Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums, and other proper documentation as indicated on the checklist
- Ensure the condition of leased apartments before move-in, including a final inspection and walk-through with resident
- Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate the renewal process for each lease
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met
Requirements
This position requires a BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience, with 1+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or 1+ years of experience in B2B selling. Strong marketing and creativity skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, and ability to use computer are also required. Knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other similar programs, and superior interpersonal skills are preferred. Must have physical abilities to walk, bend, reach, climb, lift to 30 lbs., work with mechanical and electrical equipment, and hazardous materials, and be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects.
Qualifications
