Requirements

• Engage with members, listen to their situations, and educate them on Blaze's offerings
• Process transactions accurately and professionally, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Grow with the company by staying updated on financial trends, products, and services through training opportunities
• Work collaboratively with teammates and managers to support each other's success
• Provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions

Who Are You?

• Enthusiastic and passionate about helping others

• Have a High School degree or GED (required); previous financial service experience is a plus
