About the role
Responsible for handling cash transactions, providing customer service, and maintaining the bank’s float.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain the bank’s float by managing cash deposits and withdrawals
- Follow all bank policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail banking experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using bank software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
