Float Regional Support Professional (Mornings & Evenings)

About the role

Float Regional Support Professional providing direct care across multiple sites, traveling between up to 19 locations with flexible morning and evening shifts (5 am‑10 pm) and weekend availability. The role focuses on person‑centered support for individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, health monitoring, and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Travel between sites and support up to 19 locations as needed.
• Work flexible morning (5 am‑3 pm) and evening (1 pm‑10 pm) shifts, including weekends.
• Provide person‑centered care, helping clients with meal preparation, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions, and housekeeping.
• Administer medications via various routes and manage implanted devices.
• Conduct nursing assessments, monitor health, triage care needs, and develop care plans.
• Implement hospice care plans for individuals with less than six months to live.
• Provide wound management and patient/caregiver education.
• Build relationships and foster joy, involvement, and love for clients.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Direct Care experience, OR
• 2 years of Direct Care experience plus a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a Human Services field.

• Sign‑on bonus: $650 after 6 months, $1,450 after first year

Pay

$24.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and education.

Schedule

No set schedule; must be willing to flex where needed. Schedule posted at the start of each pay period. Shift availability: Mornings 5 am‑3 pm, Evenings 1 pm‑10 pm.
