Float Regional Support Professional (Evenings)
Float Regional Support Professional (Evenings) with ability to travel between sites (up to 19 locations) and weekend availability required. Flexible position working at different sites with frequent schedule changes.

As a Regional Support Professional at The Phoenix Residence, Inc., you'll build relationships, provide person-centered, quality living experiences, and serve individuals with disabilities. Your goal will be to help individuals enjoy life by assisting them with daily functions such as meal prep, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions, and housekeeping. Your compassion and diligence will bring joy and encouragement to the clients you support.
This role offers experience in:
- Various routes of medication administration, including implanted device management
- Nursing assessments, monitoring, and triaging healthcare
- Care planning for individuals
- Hospice implementation of care plans for individuals with less than 6 months to live
- Wound management
- Providing patient and caregiver education
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with disabilities in performing daily functions
- Assist with meal preparation, light exercise, local transportation, and social interactions
- Provide housekeeping support
- Travel between multiple sites as needed (up to 19 locations)
- Adapt to frequent schedule changes and organizational needs
Requirements
- Must be available to work evenings between 1pm-10pm
- Flexibility to support the organization wherever needed
- 4 years of Direct Care experience or 2 years of Direct Care experience and a bachelor's or associate degree in a Human Services field
Pay
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and education

- Sign-on bonus: $650 after 6 months of employment and $1,450 after 1 year of employment
Schedule
No set schedule. Candidate must be willing to flex where needed. Schedule will be posted at the beginning of each pay period.
