Float Pool Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Role: Labor and Delivery Float Pool Nurse Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple Labor & Delivery and mother-baby units.Assess and monitor mothers and infants, interpret fetal heart tracings.Support vaginal and cesarean deliveries, responding effectively to obstetric emergencies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate families and adapt care to diverse clinical settings. Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical knowledge in obstetrics and neonatal care.Ability to work flexibly across different hospital units.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in interpreting fetal heart tracings and responding to obstetric emergencies.Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based practice.
