Float Pool Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Role: Labor & Delivery RN for the Metro Float Pool, supporting multiple hospitals in the Denver area. Responsibilities include: providing high-acuity, patient-centered care during all stages of labor, birth, and immediate postpartum; conducting assessments; performing fetal monitoring; administering medications; and stabilizing neonates. Key duties: adapting to varied unit workflows, mentoring peers, and ensuring evidence-based, culturally sensitive care. Qualifications & Skills: experience in labor and delivery nursing, strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in fetal monitoring, medication administration, neonatal stabilization, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
