About the Role

As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation units. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse post-acute and long-term care patients while maintaining safety, compassion, and clinical excellence standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, perform wound care, and coordinate patient care.
• Document care activities accurately and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and support discharge planning.
• Adapt quickly to different unit needs and workflows.
