About the Role
Provide high-quality, resident-centered care across skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care units in a dynamic environment. Float between units based on resident acuity and census while upholding safety, infection control, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Perform resident assessments and administer medications and treatments
- Update care plans within an interdisciplinary team
- Mentor and support CNAs and LPNs
- Uphold infection control and safety standards
- Respond to changes in resident condition
- Ensure thorough and accurate documentation
- Contribute to residents' dignity, comfort, and independence
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse licensure
- Ability to float between units based on resident acuity and census
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to safety and infection control
- Collaborative mindset
