Float Pool Manager, Primary Care

Job Responsibilities

• Serves as a coach and mentor to the flex team.
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills and responds timely to requests.
• Supports other physician practice projects as needed.
• Affords direct support to practices when the need arises and schedule permits.
• Supports local travel to the physician practices as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of Baptist Human Resources policies and application in the management of the team.

Skills
