Float Pool Caregiver (FT Weekends) - North Metro

Summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking CAREGIVERS to join their Float Pool Staff. This role involves providing personal care and delegated nursing services in 18 Suite Living communities across the Twin Cities area. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and reporting observations to registered nurses.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as dressing, grooming, and oral care. - Help residents with toileting, incontinence care, and ambulation. - Administer medications as directed by registered nurses. - Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes. - Communicate resident concerns to nursing staff. - Promote independence and engage residents in activities. - Provide companionship and socialization. - Assist with treatments and therapies as directed.

Requirements

- At least 18 years old. - High school diploma or equivalent. - At least one year of caregiving experience in a senior living or similar setting. - CNA certification preferred but not required. - Reliable transportation and ability to travel to all locations within the specified regions. - Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
