Float Personal Banker

As a Float Personal Banker, you may assist at our branches including Woodbury East, Woodbury West, Eagan, and Minneapolis South. You are the frontline of Blaze and a trusted financial guide for Members, engaging directly to understand their goals, identify financial needs, and recommend tailored products and services. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships while driving Blaze’s growth and mission forward.

Blaze is offering a bonus for DNA experience: $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
• Perform duties related to opening and processing changes on account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal, and Business Accounts
• Oversee the consumer loan process following approved guidelines
• Create meaningful relationships through excellent service and face-to-face interaction
• Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in financial services, including opening new accounts, lending, and pipeline management
• Eligible to obtain a NMLS ID number within 30 days of hire
• Passionate about helping others, member-centric, and goal-driven
• Comfortable having conversations and making recommendations
• Seeks new ways to serve others in the community, innovative, and thrives on challenges
• Works well with others, even when things don’t go as planned
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and can multi-task
• Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent; sales and customer service experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays
• Saturday hours paid at 1.5x
• Consistent and reliable attendance is required

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25.20–$29.50 per hour, with quarterly team bonuses.
